"Battery’s been better than I figured"
I ordered from redshiftsports.com and the battery life has surprised me. I ride a few times a week, and I keep thinking I’ll need to charge it sooner, but it just keeps going. Even on longer rides it’s been totally fine, which is kind of what I was hoping for but didn’t really expect. Shipping was normal, nothing weird there, and so far I haven’t had any issues. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Made my gravel rides feel a bit smoother"
I put the ShockStop stem on my gravel bike and, i noticed the difference pretty much right away. The road buzz in my hands was way less, or at least it felt that way, and I could hang out in the drops longer without feeling so worn out. It’s not like it suddenly made me super fast or anything, but on longer rides things feel smoother and I seem to have a little more left near the end. Shipping was totally fine too

"Easy return, no hassle"
I order the wrong item by mistake and had to send it back. the whole return process was simple. I emailed them and they replies fast, then I got the return label without any trouble. The refund come through a few days after they received the item. No drama at all, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Big Difference on Longer Rides"
Not gonna lie, I put their stem on my gravel bike and the road buzz is way less noticeable now. My hands don’t feel totally wrecked after longer rides anymore. Really happy with the upgrade

"Solid grip, even when the ride gets damp"
I picked these up because I wanted a better grip on my rides, and they’ve been great so far. My hands feel much more secure on the bars, even when it’s a little wet out or I end up riding longer than I planned.

The traction feels consistent and I don’t get that annoying slipping feeling anymore. It’s a simple upgrade, but it made my rides more comfortable, and I’d definitely get these again when I need another set.

"Way Smoother Rides"
My rides feel a lot smoother now, and my hands and back aren’t getting beat up nearly as much. that’s how it should be, nobody should have to feel sore after every ride just because the setup isn’t doing its job.

"Works well, just a little heavier than expected"
I ordered this from Redshift Sports, and to be fair, it does what it’s supposed to do. I haven’t had any real issues with how it works, and it seems like a solid, well-made product overall.
The main thing for me is the weight. It feels a bit heavier than I was hoping, especially when I’m carrying the bike around or packing everything up. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s definitely something I notice.

Shipping was fine, and I don’t want to be unfair because the quality seems good. I just think for the price, I expected it to be a little lighter. So for me, it lands at 3 stars.

Customer service was decent overall. They did eventually answer my email and fix the issue, but it took a few days and I had to follow up more than once, which was annoying. I don’t really love having to do extra work just to get a response, but at least the problem got sorted in the end

I got my order from redshiftsports.com the packaging was just really good. Everything was packed nice and tight, nothing was rattling around, and the box seemed like it held up perfectly during shipping. The items had no dents, nothing torn, everything arrived in great shape. It’s a simple thing, but I definitely notice stuff like that. Just felt like they actually cared about how it showed up. 5 stars from me.

"Solid gear that’s held up well"
I’ve been using my Redshift Sports gear for a while now, it’s been really solid. I ride often. Some smooth roads, some not so smooth. Still, nothing feels loose, cheap, or worn out in a bad way. It still looks good too. Just the usual wear you’d expect from actually using it. I figured I’d have to adjust something by now, but nope. No issues. Just dependable gear. Happy with it and I’d definitely buy again...

Seems decent overall, but got a little stuck on the instructions in a couple spots. Had to re-read them a few times and ended up checking online just to make sure I was doing it right. Not a bad product at all, just could be a bit simpler for first-time users.

I wasn’t totally sure this part would work with my older road bike, but the compatibility info was clear (which I really appreciated). It ended up fitting just fine. The install took me a little longer than expected, but that was more on me than the part itself. Overall, I’m happy with it.
